On Thursday, September 10th, Goodwill of Southern AZ was proud to be a sponsor of the Second Chance Tucson Re-Entry Job Fair at the Tucson Convention Center. The job fair included a Resource Fair with community service providers, workshops on “How to Work a Job Fair,” and around 30 employers ready to hire those with justice-involved backgrounds. This job and resource fair had nearly 500 job seekers, 45 resource organizations, and around 30 employment organizations. Tucson Mayor Regina Romero was in attendance, and Pima County Board of Supervisors member Andrés Cano provided a proclamation.
