Please join Goodwill of Southern AZ in welcoming new Career Navigator, Austin Lawrence. Austin has spent the past decade as an Executive and Corporate Recruiter working for companies like Amazon, Allegis, and Honor Health. He holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and is currently taking the first steps toward earning a Doctorate degree in Organizational Change and Development.
Austin is a self-published author, having recently released his first self-improvement book, Knowledge is a Power Outlet, which aligns perfectly with his desire to become a Life and Career Coach. As a coach, he is passionate about helping others grow, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential, a passion that greatly contributes to the meaningful work he gets to do every day at Goodwill! In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and drums, writing, and continuing to pursue personal and professional growth.
