If you are under 25 and couch surfing or staying temporarily with friends or family, living in a shelter, transitional housing, motel, car, or outdoors, or unsure where you will stay next, please complete this survey by scanning the QR code or completing the survey in one of the Goodwill of Southern AZ Youth Centers.
This survey is conducted in partnership with Arizona Alliance for Youth (AAY), Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH), Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP), Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH), and Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG).
