Alex – Goodwill Youth Programs

Alex has been working with Goodwill for over 3 years on and off now. Initially starting out with our Youth Restoration Project, he was introduced to soft skills, professionalism, workplace expectations along with basic maintenance and handyman skills. Working with our maintenance team, Alex developed skills with his hands and started to build confidence over time. More
importantly, Alex was finding his pathway to sobriety and stability at home and at work with the help of our staff. Goodwill provided a routine and consistency, but Alex did all the hard work required and kept at it.
