What does it mean to be CARF Accredited? When a program is CARF-accredited, it means we’ve met or exceeded an in-depth review of our business practices. It’s an assurance that we have met rigorous CARF guidelines for service and quality – a qualified endorsement that conforms to nationally and internationally recognized service standards focused on delivering the most favorable results. Goodwill has continuously maintained CARF accredited programs since 1978. Currently, Goodwill’s Group Supported Employment Program is CARF accredited under CARF’s Organizational Employment category.

Did you know that one in ten Arizonans is a service member or veteran? As a workforce development organization Goodwill is devoted to giving vets a helping hand when it comes to getting back to work in the private sector. Transitioning from the life of a service member into the civilian world can be an overwhelming experience. Goodwill has programs and trained staff that are equipped and willing to assist veterans and their families.
